paragliders common speed is roundly 45 km/h, which is only twice as fast if you just run; one needs time to fly up, is utterly vulnerable while taking off, paras are quite noisy; right now its role is only 'the vehicle that helps to find a better vehicle'; so undoubtedly paragliders should be buffed and the best way for it, in my opinion, is as was stated to higher their speed; if its not doable, decreasing their sound and adding more fuel (with its current level you can go for 3 km approximately) would be nice too

Shot a guy out of one last round, could hear him a mile away, and there was absolutely nothing he could do to avoid dying. It needs less sound and more speed to be usable imo.
