Remove killfeed (maybe "players remaining" as well?) from hardcore?

I like the uncertainty about not knowing whether or not you've killed someone. Plus I feel like it would make it a lot tenser if you had no idea how many people were left.

1: You can still use "player list" to check remaining guys with nicknames
